Shri Kuldip Narayan IAS (Bihar 2005) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Environment, Forest & Climate Change (Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey) in the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change at the level of Director with effect from date of assumption of the charge of the post.
