Shri Jan E Alam IAS (Nagaland 1991) presently Joint Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs has been given upgradation on in-situ basis to the level of Additional Secretary to the GoI by temporarily upgrading the posts as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs.
