Shri Jagdish Chander IAS (Himachal Pradesh 1991) presently Principal Secretary (Public Works Department, Transport & Information Technology) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, who is also holding additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Rapid Transport System Development Corporation, Shimla and to post him, has been posted as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, with immediate effect.
