Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA) has demonstrated exceptional financial performance in the third quarter of FY 2024-25, achieving remarkable growth across key metrics. As India’s largest pure-play Green Financing NBFC, IREDA has once again established industry leadership by becoming the only corporate to publish Quarterly Audited Financial Results within a record-breaking nine-day period, showcasing its operational excellence and transparency.
The Board of Directors, in their meeting today, lauded the company’s stellar achievements and approved the Financial Results for Q3 FY 2024-25, underscoring IREDA’s critical role in driving India’s renewable energy mission.
Key Highlights of Q3 FY 2024-25:
- Revenue from Operations: ₹1,698.99 crore, a substantial increase of 35.57% from ₹1,253.20 crore in Q3 FY 2023-24.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹538.20 crore, marking an impressive growth of 39.38% over ₹386.14 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹425.37 crore, up by 26.77% from ₹335.54 crore in Q3 FY 2023-24.
- Loan Sanctions: ₹13,226.81 crore, reflecting a remarkable 45.01% increase from ₹9,121.11 crore in Q3 FY 2023-24.
- Loan Disbursements: ₹7,448.96 crore, rising by 25.27% from ₹5,946.45 crore in the same quarter last year.
- Loan Book: Expanded to ₹68,959.61 crore, a robust growth of 36.34% compared to ₹50,579.67 crore in Q3 FY 2023-24.
- Net Worth: Enhanced to ₹9,842.07 crore, up 20.99% from ₹8,134.56 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
- Earnings Per Share (EPS): Reached ₹1.58, a growth of 15.03% from ₹1.38 in Q3 FY 2023-24.
