Himachal Govt Promotes, Reassigns Portfolios of 6 HPAS and HPSS Officers

In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Himachal Pradesh Government has announced  promotion and reassignment of six of its officers from the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS) and Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services (HPSS). Details of the officers and their new area of posting is given below.

1. Ms Kiran Gupta HPAS (Hirnachal Pradesh Administrative Service 2024),  presently Deputy Secretary, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as as Deputy Secretary – Finance, Himachal Pradesh.
2. Shri Rajeev Chauhan HPSS, has been promoted to the position of Under Secretary and appointed as Under Secretary – Planning Department, Himachal Pradesh.
3. Shri Amar Chand HPSS, has been promoted to the position of Under Secretary and appointed as Under Secretary – Home Department, Himachal Pradesh, relieving Shri Vijay Kumar HPSS, of this additional charge.
4. Shri Rajesh Gautam HPSS, has been promoted to the position of Under Secretary and appointed as Under Secretary – Secretariat Administration Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh.
5. Shri Manoj Kumar (Manoj Kumar-III) HPAS (2020), presently Project Officer – Integrated Tribal Development Projects (ITDP), Keylong, District Lahaul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Sub Divisional Officer – Civil, Udaipur, District Lahaul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh.
6. Shri Keshav Ram HPAS (2022), currently serving as Sub Divisional Officer, Civil, Udaipur, District Lahaul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, has been appointed as Joint Director – Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. This posting relieves Shri Prithi Paul Singh HPAS (2017), AC to DC, Chamba, of this additional charge.
