State Govt. of Haryana has decided to constitute a 5 member Committee under the Chairmanship of Shri Vineet Garg to define the roles & responsibilities of CVOs in the state. The Committee will suggest the required and desired qualifications of CVOs, ways for their empanelment and drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for improving the functioning of CVOs. The committee has also been entrusted to find ways to combat corruptions and submit its report within 15 days to Vigilance Department.
The composition of the 5 member committee is as under –
