Shri Gyanesh Kumar IAS (Kerala 1988) presently Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs , has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation vice Shri Devendra Kumar Singh IAS (Kerala 1989). The officer will also hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
