Shri Vikram Misri IFS (1989), currently serving as Foreign Secretary Of India in the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, has been granted a tenure extension by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister. Originally due to superannuate on 30th November 2024, Shri Misri’s tenure is now extended until 14th July 2026.
