Shri Pradeep Lakshmanrao Kamle IRSME (NFHAG) presently with South East Central Railway, is transferred and posted as DRM – Nanded, South Central Railway, relieving Ms. Neeti Sarkar IRAS.

Shri Pradeep Lakshmanrao Kamle is a distinguished officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) from the 1995 batch. In July 2021, he was appointed as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Manganese Ore India Limited (MOIL) in Nagpur, where he played a crucial role in ensuring transparency and accountability in the organization’s operations. Recognizing his vigilance expertise, in April 2024, he was entrusted with additional charge as CVO of Metal Scrap Trading Corporation Limited (MSTC) in Kolkata, managing compliance and integrity functions across multiple public sector entities.

In March 2025, Shri Kamle was appointed as the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Nanded Division in the South Central Railway (SCR) zone. This prestigious role underscores the trust placed in his abilities to oversee railway operations, optimize efficiency, and drive infrastructural improvements. His appointment as DRM is a testament to his leadership and dedication to the Indian Railways.

Subhash C. Chaudhary is a distinguished officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) from the 1990 batch, known for his technical acumen, leadership, and dedication to the Indian Railways. Since joining the service on December 2, 1991, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in railway operations, infrastructure development, and administrative efficiency.

With decades of experience, Mr. Chaudhary has held various critical positions, contributing significantly to the modernization and efficiency of railway systems. His expertise in electrical engineering and railway management has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

Sikkim Appoints T T Lepcha Secretary IPP to Drive Power Projects in the state

Indian Bureaucracy, Gangtok, April 03, 2025 | Recognising the significant potential of its estimated 8,000 MW hydroelectric resources, the Sikkim government re-employed  and appointed Shri T T Lepcha, former Principal Chief Engineer-cum-Secretary, Power Department, as Secretary – Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Power Department. With appointment of Shri Lepcha, the state aims to streamline its engagement with IPPs operating within Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) established for power sector projects. Currently, Sikkim contributes approximately 500 MW to the national grid, notably from the Teesta V hydroelectric plant.

Shri Lepcha’s core responsibility will be to facilitate coordination with these IPPs, both private and Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU), to ensure efficient project development and maximise the utilisation of Sikkim’s untapped power resources. Sikkim is  commitment to optimising its contribution to India’s energy sector through strategic partnerships with IPPs within SPV frameworks.
