Shri Bharat Harbanslal Khera IAS (Himachal Pradesh 1995) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years i.e. upto 17.11.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Chandra Shekhar Kumar IAS (Odisha 1992).
