Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari IAS (Karnataka 1990) presently Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting by temporarily downgrading the post of Additional Secretary in Ministry of Information & Broadcasting vice Ms. Jayashree Mukherjee IAS (MH 1986).
