Shri Ashutosh Garg IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2014) presently Deputy Commissioner, Kullu District, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Finance, Shimla with additional charge of Director, State Audit Department, Shimla. He will also function as Officer-on-Special Duty to the Chief Secretary.
