Shri Anurag Tripathi IRPS (1997), presently Principal Chief Personnel Officer with North Central Railway is transferred as DRM – Jodhpur, North Western Railway, relieving Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh IRSEE.
Shri Anurag Tripathi is a distinguished officer of the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) in SAG. He completed his early education at Government Inter College, Faizabad, earned a bachelor’s degree from Allahabad University, and obtained a master’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Throughout his career, Shri Tripathi has held several key positions within the Indian Railways. He began his service as Assistant Personnel Officer (APO) in Jhansi, Central Railway, and later served as Senior Divisional Personnel Officer (SDPO) in Bhopal and New Delhi. Additionally, he was the Principal of Oak Grove School in Mussoorie.
Beyond his railway assignments, Shri Tripathi served as Secretary in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). In this capacity, he delivered a keynote speech on “Futuristic Schooling” during the first anniversary celebration of CEIR Global in June 2021.
In August 2022, upon returning from deputation to the Department of School Education and Literacy, Shri Tripathi was transferred to Southern Railway. By September 2023, he assumed the role of Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO) at North Central Railway (NCR).
