Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi (addl.) will remain in charge as I/C Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, General Administration Department, in addition to his assigned duties, till return of Shri M S Manivannan IAS from leave.
