Dr Ravi Bhagat IAS (Punjab 2006) presently Special Principal Secretary to Chief Minister with additional charge of the posts of Secretary, Punjab Rural Development Board and Secretary, Punjab State Agriculture Marketing Board, has been transferred and posted as Special Principal Secretary to Chief Minister with additional charge of Chief Executive, Punjab Energy Development Agency.
