Shri Swapnil Patil IRS(IT 2011) , has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (Shri Narayan Tatu Rane) in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years.
