6 IAS Reshuffle in Assam Govt

Himanta Govt transfers 6 IAS in Assam – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Himanta Sarma Govt has shifted 6 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :

  1. Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad IAS ( 1990) presently Additional Chief Secretary – Assam, Handloom, Textiles & Sericulture, Personnel and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Departments transferred and substantively posted as Additional Chief Secretary – Assam, Agriculture Department. Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad IAS  will also hold additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary – Assam, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary and Fisheries Departments and Agriculture Production Commissioner, Assam and CEO- MMS-CMSGUY .
  2. Shri Rajesh Prasad IAS ( 1995) presently Principal Secretary – Assam, Agriculture Department and Agriculture Production Commissioner- Assam and CEO- MMS-CMSGUY transferred as Principal Secretary – Assam, Transport, Irrigation and Soil Conservation Departments.
  3. Dr. Krishna Kumar Dwivedi IAS ( 1996) presently Principal Secretary – Assam, Industries & Commerce, Act East Policy Affairs, Transport, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship and Mines & Minerals Departments and MD- Assam Hydro Carbon & Energy Company Ltd relieved from the additional charge of Principal Secretary – Assam, Transport Department.
  4. Shri Mukesh Ch Sahu IAS ( 1996) presently Principal Secretary – Assam, Social Welfare, Soil Conservation and WPT & BC Departments and CEO- SITA, CEO, SLNA, WDC-PMKSY relieved from the additional charge of Principal Secretary – Assam, Soil Conservation Department.
  5. Shri Shantanu P Gotmare IAS ( 2004) presently Divisional Commissioner- Lower Assam and Upper Assam Divisions and Director- Land Records, Assam transferred as Principal Secretary- Bodoland Territorial Region.
  6. Shri Anant Lal Gyani IAS ( 2011) presently I/C Principal Secretary- Bodoland Territorial Region relieved from the charge of Principal Secretary-  Bodoland Territorial Region and will continue as Secretary- Bodoland Territorial Region.
