8 IAS Appointed Joint Secretary, GoI – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Govt of India has appointed 8 IAS Officers as Joint Secretary with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :

1. Shri Ashish Vachhani IAS (Tamil Nadu 1997) appointed as Joint Secretary- Department of Economic Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
2. Shri Sumant Singh IAS (Manipur 2003) appointed as Joint Secretary- Department of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 03.12.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
3. Shri Sonmoni Borah IAS (Chhattisgarh 1999) appointed as Joint Secretary- Department of Land Resources, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier .
4. Shri Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra IAS (Odisha 1997) appointed as Secretary-cum-Controller of Examination- National Recruitment Agency (NRA) under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
5. Shri D Senthil Pandiyan IAS (Uttarakhand 2002) appointed as Joint Secretary- Ministry of AYUSH, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
6. Ms. Sandhya Bhullar IAS (Gujarat 2003) appointed as Joint Secretary- Department of Economic Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 31.03.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
7. Shri Bhuvnesh Kumar IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1995) appointed as Joint Secretary- Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
8. Shri Patibandla Ashok Babu IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 2003) appointed as Joint Secretary- Department of Health & Family Welfare, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 25.08.2024 .
