Shri Rasaal Dwivedi IRS (C&CE 2011), has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State(I/C)
for Housing and Urban Affairs, Civil Aviation and MoS for Commerce and Industry (Shri Hardeep Singh Puri)
at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years.
