Shri Pankaj Kumar IAS (Nagaland 1987) presently Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology , has been appointed as CEO, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in the rank and pay of Secretary by temporarily upgrading the post.
