Haryana IAS Reshuffle | Indian Bureaucracy Update – The Khattar Govt has reshuffled 9 IAS Officers in Haryana with Renu S Phulia IAS (2003) presently DG- New & Renewable Energy Haryana has been transferred as DG- Urban Estates while Balkar Singh IAS (Haryana 2004) presently Director- Urban Local Bodies, Haryana and Special Secretary- Haryana Urban Local Bodies Dept and Mission Director- State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, Haryana transferred as Director- Secondary Education, Haryana and Special Secretary- School Education Dept, Haryana.
Ramesh Chander Bidhan IAS ( 2005) presently Director- Industrial Training and Employment, Haryana and Special Secretary- Haryana, Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment Department transferred as MD- Haryana Seeds Development Corporation while Amarjit Singh Mann IAS ( 2009) presently Additional DC- Hisar & Special Officer- APZ, Hisar, Secretary- RTA, Hisar and Special Secretary- Revenue & Disaster Management Dept now transferred as Administrator- Hisar and Additional Director- Urban Estate, Hisar while Ashok Kumar Sharma IAS ( 2009) presently Director- Secondary Education, Haryana and Special Secretary- School Education Dept transferred as DC- Ambala and E.O. for Management of Government Land in Excised Area, Ambala Cantt.
