6 IAS upgraded as Special Secretary | Indian Bureaucracy News– The ACC has approved in-situ upgradation of 6 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officers to the level of Special Secretary ( rank and pay of Secretary) by temporarily upgrading the posts held with Vijoy Kumar Singh IAS (Punjab 1990) presently Additional Secretary- Textiles as Special Secretary- Textiles, Atul Kumar Tiwari IAS (Karnataka 1990) presently Additional Secretary- Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as Special Secretary- Skill Development and Entrepreneurship while Archana Agrawal IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1990) presently Member Secretary- National Capital Region Planning Board, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as Member Secretary- National Capital Region Planning Board, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs .
Ganji Kamala V Rao IAS (Kerala 1990) presently MD- India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. as MD- India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (rank and pay of Secretary) to the Government of India.
