- Ms. Rashmi Chowdhary IRPS (1989) presently Secretary- Central Information Commission, Department of Personnel and Training transferred as Secretary- Central Information Commission, Department of Personnel and Training .
- Ms. A Neeraja IFoS (Uttar Pradesh 1990) presently Additional Secretary- Department of Fertilizers transferred as Special Secretary- Department of Fertilizers.
- Shri Shyam Bhagat Negi IPS (Himachal Pradesh 1990) presently Additional Secretary- Cabinet Secretariat (SR) transferred as Special Secretary- Cabinet Secretariat (SR).
