4 PCS Shifted in Punjab | Indian Bureaucracy News Recap | The Punjab Govt has transferred 4 PCS Officers across the state with Lakhmir Singh PCS ( 2005) presently posted as Additional Secretary-cum-Additional Director- Cultural Affairs given additional charge as Secretary- Punjab State Board for Technical Education & Industrial Training , Rupinder Pal Singh PCS (2011) presently Additional Deputy Commissioner (General)- Fazilka now transferred as Additional Secretary- Medical Education & Research , Surinder Singh PCS (2012) presently Additional Commissioner- Municipal Corporation, Pathankot is now transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner (General)- Pathankot while Damandeep Kaur PCS (2014) currently awaiting posting is now appointed as Deputy Secretary- Coordination, Punjab.
