- Shri Dayanidhan Pandey IAS (2006), Secretary, Revenue & Land Reform Department with additional charge of Director, Chakbandi, Revenue & Land Reform Department transferred as Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department.
- Dr. Ashima Jain IAS (2008), Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department transferred as Secretary, Urban Development & Housing.
- Shri Giriwar Dayal Singh IAS (2008), Sugarcane Commissioner, Sugareane Industry Department transferred as Secretary, Revenue Board.
- Shri Anil Kumar Jha IAS (2012), Secretary, Revenue Board transferred as Sugarcane Commissioner, Sugarcane Industry Department.
