17 IAS transfer and postings in J&K – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | There has been a major reshuffle in J&K with 17 IAS being given transfer & postings in the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :
- Dr. Piyush Singla IAS ( 2012) presently Deputy Commissioner- Udhampur transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Anantnag.
- Shri Mohammad Aijaz IAS ( 2012) presently Managing Director- Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Srinagar.
- Ms. Avny Lavasa IAS ( 2013) presently Commissioner- Jammu Municipal Corporation to hold charge of Chief Executive Officer- Special Purpose Vehicle for Jammu City for implementation of the Smart City Project, under the Smart City Mission, in addition to her own duties.
- Shri Anshul Garg IAS ( 2013) presently Deputy Commissioner- Anantnag transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Jammu.
- Shri Rahul Yadav IAS ( 2014) presently Deputy Commissioner- Poonch transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Kathua.
- Shri Doifode Sagar Dattatray IAS ( 2014) presently Deputy Commissioner- Doda transferred as Chief Executive Officer- Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna .
- Smt Krittika Jyotsna IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2014) presently Chief Executive Officer- Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency also holding additional charge of Secretary- J&K Academy of Arts, Culture and Languages transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Ganderbal.
- Shri Baseer-ul-Haq Chaudhary IAS ( 2015) presently awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department now appointed as Deputy Commissioner- Pulwama.
- Shri Athar Aamir Ul Shafi IAS (Rajasthan 2016) presently Commissioner- Srinagar Municipal Corporation given additional charge as Chief Executive Officer- Special Purpose Vehicle for Srinagar City for implementation of the Smart City Project, under the Smart City Mission.
- Shri Basharat Qayoom IAS (Jharkhand 2016) presently awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department now appointed as Managing Director- Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited.
- Shri Bilal Mohi-ud-din Bhat IAS ( 2017) presently Sub Divisional Magistrate- Karnah-Tangdhar also holding additional charge of Sub-Registrar- Karnah Tangdhar transferred as Deputy Commissioner- Kulgam.
- Shri Bipul Pathak IAS (1992) presently Principal Secretary- Science & Technology Department also holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary- Social Welfare Department transferred as Principal Secretary- Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
- Ms. Sarita Chauhan IAS ( 1999) presently Commissioner/ Secretary- Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment also holding additional charge of Chairman- J&K Special Tribunal transferred as Commissioner/Secretary- Labour and Employment Department. She shall continue to hold the charge of Chairman- J&K Special Tribunal, in addition to her own duties.
- Dr. Pawan Kotwal IAS ( 1994) presently Inspector General of Registration- J&K transferred to the Union territory of Ladakh.
- Shri Sanjeev Verma IAS ( 2001) presently Divisional Commissioner- Jammu transferred as Commissioner/Secretary – Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
- Shri Saurabh Bhagat IAS ( 2002) presently Commissioner/ Secretary- Labour and Employment Department transferred as Director General- J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development.
- Shri M Raju IAS ( 2005) presently Commissioner/ Secretary – Jal Shakti Department also holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary- Estates Department shall hold the charge of Administrative Secretary- Civil Aviation Department and Civil Aviation Commissioner in addition to his own duties.
