14 Appointments at the Centre | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointments of 14 Officers at the centre with B V Umadevi IFoS (Chhattisgarh 1987), presently Additional Secretary- Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change now appointed as Additional Secretary- MHA, Shashank Goel IAS (TG90) presently in the cadre now appointed as Additional Secretary- Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shailesh Kumar Singh IAS (Jharkhand 1991) presently in the cadre now appointed as Additional Secretary and Development Commissioner- MSME, Manish Kumar Gupta IAS (AGMUT 1991) presently Principal Commissioner- DDA now appointed as Vice Chairman- DDA while Chanchal Kumar IAS (Bihar 1992), presently in the cadre is now appointed as MD- National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., Ministry of Road Transport & Highways .
