13 Senior Bureaucrats Transferred in Telangana, See Full List

Indian Bureaucracy, Hyderabad, October 28, 2024 | The Government of Telangana today ordered transfer of senior officers within the state. The reshuffle includes appointments to key posts in district administration, municipal corporations, and various state departments. Additional administrative adjustments include roles in the Tourism, Health, and Land Administration departments, with officers assigned new responsibilities and, in some cases, additional charge of important positions. The list of officers, along with their new postings and the departments they will oversee, is provided below.

1. Shri Narayana Reddy IAS (Telangana 2015), presently Collector and District Magistrate, Nalgonda, Telangana, is transferred and posted as the Collector and District Magistrate – Ranga Reddy, Telangana, in place of Shri K Shashanka IAS (Telangana 2013).
2. Smt Ila Tripathi IAS (Telangana 2017), presently Director, Tourism, is transferred and posted as the Collector and District Magistrate, Nalgonda, Telangana, in place of Shri Narayana Reddy IAS (Telangana 2015).
3. Shri M Hanumantha Rao IAS (Telangana 2013), presently Special Commissioner and Ex-Officio Special Secretary, General Administration – Information and Public Relations (GA-I&PR) Department, is transferred and posted as the Collector and District Magistrate, Yadadri Bhongir, Telangana, in place of Shri Zendage Hanumant Kondiba IAS (Telangana 2016).
4. Dr T K Sreedevi IAS (Telangana 2004), presently Commissioner, Scheduled Castes Development Department (SCD), Govt of Telangana, is transferred and posted as the Commissioner and Director – Municipal Administration, Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Govt of Telangana in place Shri V P Gautham IAS (Telangana 2014).
5. Shri Manda Makarandu IAS (Telangana 2020), presently Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Nizamabad, is transferred and posted as Project Director (CMRO) – Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) Office, Hyderabad.
6. Shri Zendage Hanumant Kondiba IAS (Telangana 2016) presently Collector and District Magistrate, Yadadri Bhongir, Telangana, transffered and posted as Director – Tourism, in place of Smt Ila Tripathi IAS (Telangana 2017) with additional charge of the post of Director – Endowments, relieving Shri M Hanumantha Rao IAS (Telangana 2013).
7. Shri K Shashanka IAS (Telangana 2013) presently Collector and District Magistrate, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, is transferred and posted as Commissioner – State Flagship Projects.
8. Shri S Harish IAS (Telangana 2015), presently Joint Secretary to Government, Revenue (DM) Department, is transferred and posted as Special Commissioner, Information and Public Relations (I&PR), and Ex-Officio Special Secretary, General Administration (I&PR) Department, in place of Shri M Hanumantha Rao IAS (Telangana 2013) with additional charge of the post of Joint Secretary – Revenue (DM) Department, Govt of Telangana.
9. Shri T Vinay Krishna Reddy IAS (Telangana 2013), presently Joint Secretary, Department of Health, Medical & Family Welfare (HM & FW), Govt of Telangana, is transferred and posted as the Commissioner – R&R and LA (Rehabilitation & Resettlement and Land Acquisition), I&CAD (Irrigation & Command Area Development) Department, Govt of Telangana.
10. Smt Aisha Masrat Khanam IAS (Telangana 2014), currently awaiting posting, now posted as Joint Secretary to Government – Department of Health, Medical & Family Welfare (HM & FW), in place of Shri T Vinay Krishna Reddy IAS (Telangana 2013).
11. Shri Nikhil Chakravarthi IA&AS (Telangana 2014), a Indian Audit and Accounts Service officer, presently serving as the Executive Director, Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), is given additional charge of Additional Commissioner – Commercial Taxes, Govt of Telangana.
12. Shri K Chandra Sekhar Reddy, presently MD, Hyderabad Agricultural Co-operative Association (HACA), given additional charge of the post of Managing Director – Telangana State Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited, in place of Smt Chittem Lakshmi IAS (Telangana 2013).
13. Shri S Dilip Kumar, presently CEO, ZP, Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana, is transferred and posted as Commissioner – Municipal Corporation, Nizamabad, Telangana,in place of Shri Manda Makarandu IAS (Telangana 2020).
