- Shri Kincho Doma Lepcha SCS (Sikkim Civil Service) presently Additional Secretary, Urban Development Department transferred as Director, IPR Department.
- Shri Kishore Pradhan SCS (Sikkim Civil Service) presently Joint Secretary, DFSME transferred as Joint Secretary, Home Department.
- Shri Ujjal Rai SCS (Sikkim Civil Service) presently Addl. District Collector (Dev.), ROD, Namchi transferred as Joint Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Veterinarv Service Department.
