Kisan Rin Portal (KRP)
The Kisan Rin Portal (KRP), a digital platform will offers a comprehensive view of farmer data, loan disbursement specifics, interest subvention claims, and scheme utilization progress. It facilitates seamless integration with banks for more focused and efficient agricultural credit.
Ghar-Ghar KCC Abhiyaan
Ghar Ghar KCC Abhiyaan, is a campaign aimed at extending the benefits of the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme to every farmer in India. The campaign will target non-KCC account holder PM KISAN beneficiaries and seeks to saturate KCC Accounts among eligible PM Kisan beneficiary farmers. NABARD has been identified as the Primary Executing Organization, responsible for program execution and monitoring. NABARD has also developed a portal to facilitate monitoring of saturation drive camps and the processing and issuance of KCCs to all eligible PM Kisan beneficiaries by respective banks.
Launch of WINDS Manual
The event will unveil the WINDS Manual, extending the impact of the Weather Information Network Data Systems (WINDS) initiative. The WINDS system leverages advanced weather data analytics to provide actionable insights on weather conditions. This comprehensive manual provides stakeholders with a deep understanding of the portal’s functionalities, data interpretation, and effective utilization. It empowers farmers, policymakers, and various agricultural entities to make well-informed decisions. Additionally, it caters to parametric crop insurance schemes and non-scheme parametric insurance programs for crop risk mitigation and disaster risk reduction and mitigation. The manual offers practical insights into leveraging weather data for improved crop management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
