The Above Super Time Scale, which is classified as Level 17 in the Pay Matrix, represents the highest pay grade in the Indian government’s salary structure. Commonly referred to as the “Apex Scale,” this level is typically reserved for the most senior bureaucratic positions, such as Cabinet Secretaries.
Shri Rajeev Singh Thakur IAS (Rajasthan 1995), has been given proforma promotion and promoted to the position of Additional Chief Secretary in the Above Super Time Scale, Level 17 in Pay Matrix. He was posted at the center as Additional Secretary in the Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, New Delhi.
Shri Ashwini Bhagat IAS (Rajasthan 1995), presently, Principal Secretary, Minority Affairs and Waqf Department, Rajasthan, is promoted as Additional Chief Secretary, Minority Affairs and Waqf Department, Rajasthan, in the Above Super Time Scale, Level 17 of the Pay Matrix.
Shri Kunji Lal Meena IAS (Rajasthan 1995), presently, Chairman, Indira Gandhi, Nahar Board, Rajasthan, is promoted as Additional Chief Secretary in the Above Super Time Scale, Level 17 of the Pay Matrix.
