Ms. Sen holds an undergraduate degree in Economics (Honours) and a Master’s in Public Policy, equipping her with a strong foundation in economic governance. Beyond her administrative roles, she has also made significant contributions to academia, serving as a professor at the National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Finance.
