Indian Bureaucracy, Jammu, December 27, 2024| The Jammu and Kashmir Government notified transfer and posting of six senior IAS officers in the state, the list of the officers and their new postings is listed below.

Shantmanu IAS (AGMUT 1991), on return from central deputation and awaiting posting, is appointed as Financial Commissioner – Higher Education Department, J&K, an Additional Chief Secretary Level post, with additional charge of Administrative Secretary – Information Technology Department. He relieves Dr Rashmi Singh IAS of additional charge of the post Financial Commissioner – Higher Education Department, J&K, and Shri Santosh D Vaidya IAS of the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department, J&K.

Shri Shailendra Kumar IAS (AGMUT 1995), presently, Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, J&K, given additional charge of Administrative Secretary –  Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, J&K.

Shri Sanjeev Verma IAS (AGMUT 2001), presently, Secretary and Commissioner, General Administration Department, J&K, is transferred and appointed as Secretary and Commissioner – Social Welfare Department, J&K.

Shri M Raju IAS (AGMUT 2005), presently awaiting orders is appointed as Secretary and Commissioner – General Administration Department, J&K. H, with additional charge of Administrative Secretary – Information Department, J&K.

Smt Sheetal Nanda IAS (AGMUT 2006), presently, Secretary and Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, J&K, is transferred and appointed as Secretary and Commissioner – Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, J&K, relieving Shri Shailendra Kumar IAS of the additional charge.

Smt Rehana Batul IAS (AGMUT 2010), Secretary, Information Department, J&K, is transferred and appointed as Director – Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration & Rural Development.
