Organized by NTPC Ltd from December 4 to December 7, 2024, at Noida Stadium, REC’s outstanding performance cemented its dominance in the tournament for the third consecutive year, an unparalleled feat that highlights its commitment to excellence in sports and beyond.
The organization clinched Gold medals in the Team Event, Singles, and Doubles categories. In a thrilling Singles Final, Amit Verma, Officer (Law) at REC, triumphed in a closely contested three-set match against his teammate Vijay Behra, Chief Manager (Engineering), who secured the Silver Medal. This remarkable victory was further elevated by the duo’s performance in the Doubles category, where they teamed up to win Gold, showcasing both individual brilliance and unparalleled teamwork.
