Ms Jyoti Yadav IAS (Uttarakhand 2009), presently on Central Deputation and posted as Director – Commerce & Industry, is appointed as Joint Secretary – National Health Authority (NHA), Department of Health & Family Welfare, at Level 14 of the Pay Matrix, on Central Deputation basis for a combined tenure of 7 years upto 13.06.2026.
Ms. Jyoti Yadav, a highly accomplished civil servant, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and governance across various administrative roles. Currently serving on Central Deputation, she has been appointed as Joint Secretary at the National Health Authority (NHA) under the Department of Health & Family Welfare. In this pivotal role, she will contribute to strengthening healthcare administration and policy implementation at the national level.
Before this prestigious appointment, Ms. Yadav served as Director in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, where she played a key role in shaping trade policies and fostering economic growth. Her experience as Chief Development Officer in Almora, focusing on law and order, and as Sub Collector, managing land revenue administration, highlights her deep commitment to grassroots governance.
