Justice Ravinder Dudeja presently Additional Judge- Delhi High Court has been appointed as Permanent Judge – Delhi High Court.

Justice Ravinder Dudeja has had a distinguished career in the judiciary, marked by his commitment to innovation and excellence. Born in Delhi on May 17, 1966, he completed his schooling at Kulachi Hansraj Model School in Delhi. Pursuing his academic and legal aspirations, he earned a B.Sc. and an LL.B. degree from Delhi University. His legal career began in earnest when he enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1989.

His judicial career commenced in 1992 with his induction into the Delhi Judicial Services. Demonstrating exceptional competence, he was promoted to the Delhi Higher Judicial Services in 2003. Over the years, Justice Dudeja has served in various pivotal roles, including Metropolitan Magistrate, Civil Judge, and Additional District and Sessions Judge. His leadership capabilities were further evident during his tenure as Director and Officiating Chairperson of the Delhi Judicial Academy, as well as Registrar General of the Delhi High Court.

A forward-thinking jurist, Justice Dudeja presided over the first paperless e-court in the country at the District level, exemplifying his dedication to modernizing judicial processes and enhancing accessibility to justice.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the judiciary, he was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Delhi on October 20, 2023. Justice Dudeja’s illustrious career reflects his unwavering dedication to the legal profession and his commitment to upholding justice with integrity and innovation.
