Justice Kishore Chandrakant Sant presently Additional Judge of Bombay High Court has been appointed as Permanent Judge – Bombay High Court.

Justice Kishore Chandrakant Sant is born on 7th October 1967 and was enrolled on 11th July 1991 as an Advocate on the Rolls of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. Since 1991, practiced at High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. Has also practiced for two and a half years at the principal seat at Bombay. Appeared in the matters involving constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, service law and PILs and for many years, represented Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and was also a Standing Counsel for the University. Has represented National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development.

He was on the Editorial Board of Maharashtra Law Journal. He was Visiting Lecturer in Manickchand Pahade Law College from 1998 till 2010. He has actively participated in various activities of the Bar Association and was the Vice President of the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad for the year 2010-11. Had actively participated in the programmes conducted by the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority. He has acted as a Member on the the panel of National Lok Adalat held in High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad from 2015 till 2021. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 19th July 2022.
