Haryana Police Major Reshuffle; 42 IPS Among 55 Haryana Police Officers Transferred

Indian Bureaucracy, Chandigarh, April 21, 2025| The Haryana govt today announced transfer of fifty-five (55) police personals including 42 IPS officers. Below is the detailed list of officers transferred with their new assignments.

1. Smt Mamta Singh IPS (Haryana 1996), presently ADGP, Crime, with additional charge of ADGP, Cyber, is transferred and appointed as ADGP – Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB), Bhondsi, Gurugram, with additional charge of ADGP – Crime, Haryana, Panchkula.
2. Dr Matta Ravi Kiran IPS (Haryana 1996), presently ADGP, Hisar Range, Hisar, is transferred and appointed as ADGP – Karnal Range, Karnal, Haryana, relieving Shri Kuldeep Singh IPS (Haryana 2007).
3. Shri Krishan Kumar Rao IPS (Haryana 1996), presently ADGP, Rohtak Range, Rohtak, is transferred and appointed as ADGP – Hisar Range, Hisar, relieving Dr. Matta Ravi Kiran IPS (Haryana 1996).
4. Shri Sibash Kabiraj IPS (Haryana 1999), presently IGP, Ambala Range, Ambala, with additional charge of IGP, SCRB & Cyber, is transferred and appointed as Commissioner of Police – Panchkula, Haryana, relieving Shri Rakesh Kumar Arya IPS (Haryana 2003) of this charge
5. Rajshree Singh IPS (Haryana 1999), presently IGP, Personnel, PHQ, Panchkula, is transferred and appointed as Commissioner of Police – Jhajjar, Haryana, relieving Shri B Satheesh Balan IPS (Haryana 2004) of this charge.
6. Shri Y Puran Kumar IPS (Haryana 2001), presently IGP, Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban, is transferred and appointed as IGP – Rohtak Range, Rohtak, Haryana, relieving Shri Krishan Kumar Rao IPS (Haryana 1996).
7. Shri Rakesh Kumar Arya IPS (Haryana 2003), presently IGP, Administration with additional charge of IGP, Law & Order & CP, Panchkula, is transferred and appointed as IGP – Law & Order, PHQ Panchkula.
8. Shri B Satheesh Balan IPS (Haryana 2004), presently Commissioner of Police, Jhajjar with additional charge of IGP, IRB, Bhondsi, is transferred and appointed as IGP – IRB, Bhondsi.
9. Shri Pankaj Nain IPS (Haryana 2007), presently Special Officer (Community Policing and Outreach) in CMO and IGP, Security, CID (H), is appointed as IGP – Ambala Range, Ambala, in addition to his present duties.
10. Shri Kuldeep Singh IPS (Haryana 2007), presently IGP, Karnal Range, Karnal, is transferred and appointed as IGP – Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Panchkula, with additional charge of IGP – Haryana State Enforcement Bureau (HSEnB), Panchkula.
11. Smt Sangeeta Kalia IPS (Haryana 2010), presently DIG, IRB, Bhondsi, Gurugram, is transferred and appointed as Joint CP – Gurugram.
12. Shri Manbir Singh IPS (Haryana 2011), presently DCP, Hqrs. Sonipat, is transferred and appointed as SP, Bhiwani, relieving Shri Nitish Agarwal IPS (Haryana 2017).
13. Shri Virender Kumar IPS (Haryana 2011), presently DCP, Traffic, Gurugram with additional charge of Incharge, Mirror Emergency Response Centre (MERC), is transferred and appointed as Commandant – 1st IRB, Bhondsi, relieving Shri Dharambir Singh HPS.
14. Shri Sunil Kumar IPS (Haryana 2012), presently awaiting posting, is appointed as SP – State Crime Branch (H), relieving Shri Rajesh Kalia IPS of the additional charge.
15. Smt Astha IPS (Haryana 2013), presently SP, Fatehabad, is transferred and appointed as SP – Kaithal, relieving Shri Rajesh Kalia IPS.
16. Shri Lokender Singh IPS (Haryana 2014), presently SP, Panipat, is transferred and appointed as SP – Security-1, CID (H), with additional charge of Commandant – 1st Bn. HAP, Ambala, relieving Shri Ajit Singh Shekhawat IPS (Haryana 2017).
17. Shri Deepak Saharan IPS (Haryana 2014), presently DCP, HQ, Jhajjar, with additional charge of DCP, Crime, Jhajjar, is transferred and appointed as SP – HSEnB with additional charge of SP – HPUs Vigilance and SP – Cyber, Haryana, Panchkula, relieving Shri Vijay Singh HPS and Shri Amit Dahiya HPS.
18. Shri Vijay Pratap IPS (Haryana 2014), presently SP, Nuh with additional charge of Commandant – 2nd IRB, Bhondsi, is transferred and appointed as Commandant – 3rd IRB, Sunaria, with additional charge of Commandant – Women Police Bn. Sunaria, relieving Smt Bharti Dabas HPS.
19. Shri Surender Bhoria IPS (Haryana 2014), presently SP, Ambala, is transferred and appointed as SP – Yamunanagar, relieving Shri Rajiv Deswal IPS.
20. Shri Sumit Kumar IPS (Haryana 2014), presently SP, Railways, Ambala, is transferred and appointed as Commandant – 5th Bn. HAP, Madhuban, with additional charge of Commandant – 4th Bn. HAP, Madhuban, relieving Shri Bhupinder Singh IPS.
