Shri Gyanesh Bharti IAS (Uttrakhand 1998) presently Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. V Vidyavathi IAS (KN:1991).
