Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has been allocated the portfolio as Minister of Culture and Minister of Tourism.
Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat assumed charge as Union Minister of Culture, thanking PM Narendra Modi for entrusting him with the responsibility to preserve and promote Bharateeyata globally. Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat was welcomed by Secretary Shri Govind Mohan and other senior officials of the Culture Ministry.
Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat took charge as Union Minister of Tourism. Secretary, Ministry of Tourism Ms. V. Vidyavathi,along with other senior officials of the ministry, welcomed the Minister.
Shri Shekhawat was briefed by senior officials of the Ministry of Tourism about its schemes and initiatives. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to showcase Bharat globally, aiming to enhance tourism potential from Kashmir to Kanyakumari as emphasized by PM Narendra Modi.
