India’s march towards global leadership demands PSEs to attain scale, be globally competitive and emerge as champions. Today PSEs are fraught with issues relating to governance, autonomy, multiple authorities, conflicting expectations of different stakeholders, competing with private sector without corresponding flexibility of operation. There is a need for better collaboration to unlock value, leading to the creation of a vibrant ecosystem of shared resources amongst them.
