IndianBureaucracy, New Delhi – Three 2022 Batch of IAS Officer Trainees have recently been assigned as Assistant Secretaries in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India.

After successfully completing their district training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie, these Officer Trainees are designated as Assistant Secretaries across various Central Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.

The Trainee Officers are:

  1. Anjali Sharma IAS (Maharashtra 2022), holds a degree in M.Com. and recently concluded her District training as Supernumerary Assistant Collector – Nandurbar, Maharashtra.
  2. Gajanan Bale IAS (Karnataka 2022), holds a degree in B.E. and recently concluded his District training at Gulbarga, Karnataka.

Starting from May 20, 2024, till July 12, 2024, for a period of eight weeks, the Officer Trainees will be actively participating in the day-to-day operations in their assigned duties. This period marks a critical step in their careers, offering first hand experience in governance and policy implementation at the highest levels of the Indian bureaucracy.

  1. Jaspinder Singh IAS (Punjab 2022), holds a degree in B.A. LL.B. and recently concluded his District training as Assistant Collector – Sangrur, Punjab.
  2. Karthik Panigrahi IAS (Kerala 2022), holds a degree in M.A.(History) and recently concluded his District training as Assistant Collector – Thrissur, Kerala.

Starting from May 20, 2024, till July 12, 2024, for a period of eight weeks, the Officer Trainees will be actively participating in the day-to-day operations in their assigned duties. This period marks a critical step in their careers, offering first hand experience in governance and policy implementation at the highest levels of the Indian bureaucracy.
