Indian Bureaucracy, Patna, May 20, 2025|The Government of Bihar has issued transfer and posting orders for 10 IAS officers, predominantly belonging to the 2021 batch. The officers, largely holding grassroots-level administrative positions such as Deputy Development Commissioners and Municipal Commissioners, play a crucial role in the implementation of public policy and delivery of citizen-centric services at the field level. The details of the officers and their new postings are as follows,
- Dr Preeti IAS (Bihar 2019), presently Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC)-cum-CEO – Jehanabad District, Bihar.
- Dr Anupama Singh IAS (Bihar 2020), presently DDC-cum-CEO, Bhojpur, Ara, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary – Health, Bihar.
- Smt Gunjan Singh IAS (Bihar 2020), presently OSD, Health Department, Bihar, is transferred and appointed as DDC-cum-CEO – Bhojpur, Bihar.
- Shri Shubham Kumar IAS (Bihar 2021), presently SDM, Barh, Patna, is transferred and appointed as Municipal Commissioner – Bhagalpur, Bihar.
- Ms Shailja Pandey IAS (Bihar 2021), presently SDM, Forbisganj, Araria, is transferred and appointed as DDC-cum-CEO – Samastipur, Bihar.
- Ms Shivakshi Dixit IAS (Bihar 2021), presently SDM, Raxaual, East Champaran, is transferred and appointed as Municipal Commissioner – Munger, Bihar.
- Shri Akash Choudhary IAS (Bihar 2021), presently SDM, Rosera, Samastipur, is transferred and appointed as DDC-cum-CEO – Buxar, Bihar.
- Ms Sara Ashraf IAS (Bihar 2021), presently SDM, Sherghati, Gaya, is transferred and appointed as DDC-cum-CEO – Supaul, Bihar.
- Shri Anil Bashak IAS (Bihar 2021), presently SDM, Bikramganj, Rohtas, is transferred and appointed as DDC-cum-CEO – Madhepura, Bihar.
- Shri Laxman Tiwari IAS (Bihar 2021), presently SDM, Chapra Sadar, Saran, is transferred and appointed as Municipal Commissioner – Bettiah, Bihar.
