Shri Alok Mittal IPS (Haryana 1993), presently posted as Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), CID, Haryana, and Additional Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, is transferred and appointed as ADGP – Anti Corruption Bureau, Haryana, with additional charge of Additional Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, relieving Shri Amitabh Singh Dhillion IPS (Haryana 1997) of the charge of ADGP – Anti Corruption Bureau, Haryana.

Shri Alok Mittal has held senior roles in agencies such as the CBI and NIA, serving as Inspector General. With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, a Master’s in Police Management, an LLB, and a PG Diploma in Cyber Laws, his career spans both public and private sectors. Beginning as an engineer with Tata Motors and ONGC, he joined the Indian Police Service (IPS) in 1993, specializing in crime investigation, road safety, and the integration of technology into policing. His diverse expertise makes him a recognized leader in law enforcement and security management.
