Shri Ravi Shankar IFS (1995), presently High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Uganda, has been concurrently accredited as the High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Rwanda, with residence in Kampala (Uganda).He is expected to take up his assignment shortly.
