Ms Harshika Singh IAS (UP 2021), presently Joint Magistrate, Chandouli, is transferred and appointed as Chief Development Officer and Regional Food Controller – Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Ms. Harshika Singh, IAS, an officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been transferred and appointed as the Chief Development Officer and Regional Food Controller, Prayagraj. In her previous role as Joint Magistrate/Sub Collector, Chandauli, she was closely involved in land revenue management and district administration, where she earned a reputation for her disciplined work ethic and dedication to grassroots governance.

Ms. Singh holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Lucknow University, graduating with First Division. Her technical background, coupled with administrative acumen, equips her well to address multifaceted challenges in development planning and food security oversight in Prayagraj.
