Shri Shivendra Dwivedi presently Advocate has been appointed as Additional Advocate General for Himachal Pradesh to conduct its cases before the Supreme Court of India.
Shri Shivendra Dwivedi brings with him over two decades of distinguished experience in the field of law, with a robust practice spanning civil and criminal litigation, dispute resolution, and a broad spectrum of commercial matters. He is an esteemed member of the Bar Council of India as well as the Bar Associations of both the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court.
His core areas of legal expertise include constitutional law, election laws, inter-state water disputes, land acquisition matters, and cases involving white-collar crimes under statutes such as the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the Prevention of Corruption Act, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Previously, Shri Dwivedi served as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Haryana in the Supreme Court and has also represented the Government of India as a panel lawyer. His clientele has included numerous Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), for whom he has handled cases across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums with diligence and distinction.
