Ms. Shelly, an officer of the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS) from the 2021 batch, has been transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister of Delhi. Previously, she served as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Kapashera under the Revenue Department, where she played a crucial role in administrative governance. With her expertise in public administration and governance, she is expected to contribute effectively in her new role.
