10 IPS Officers Transferred in Madhya Pradesh, See Full List Here

Indian Bureaucracy, Bhopal, November 18, 2024| The Madhya Pradesh government issued a late evening order transferring 10 IPS officers across the state, including the appointment of Shri Mithilesh Kumar Shukla as the new Inspector General (IG) of Narmadapuram Range. The recent reshuffling by the Home Department also involves the replacement of Superintendents of Police (SP) in the districts of Singrauli, Chhindwara, and Shahdol, along with the appointment of new range heads in the MP Special Armed Police Force (SAF), commonly referred to as MP VISBAL or MP Vishes Shashtra Bal.

1. Smt Meenakshi Sharma IPS (Madhya Pradesh 1995), presently Additional Director General of Police (ADG), Police Headquarters (PHQ), Bhopal, is transferred and appointed as ADG – Community Policing & RTI PHQ, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
2. Shri Irshad Wali IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2004), presently Inspector General of Police (IG), Narmadapuram Zone, Narmadapuram, is transferred and appointed as IG – Vishes Shashtra Bal (VISBAL), Police Headquarters (PHQ), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
3. Shri Mithilesh Kumar Shukla IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2006), presently Inspector General of Police (IG), Vishes Shashtra Bal (VISBAL), Range Gwalior, is transferred and appointed as IG – Narmadapuram Zone, Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.
4. Shri Tushar Kant Vidyarthi IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2009), presently Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), Jabalpur Range, Jabalpur, is transferred and appointed as DIG – Police Headquarters (PHQ), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
5. Shri Atul Singh IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2009), presently Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of VISBAL Range Jabalpur, is appointed as the DIG -Jabalpur Range with the additional charge of DIG VISBAL – Jabalpur Range, Madhya Pradesh.
6. Shri Kumar Prateek IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2012), presently Superintendent of Police (SP) Shahdol, is transferred and appointed as Commandant – 23rd Battalion, VISBAL Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
7. Shri Ramji Srivastava IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2013), presently Commandant of the 8th Battalion, VISBAL Chhindwara, is transferred and appointed as Superintendent of Police (SP) – Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh.
8. Smt Nivedita Gupta IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2015), presently Superintendent of Police (SP) Singrauli, is transferred and appointed as Commandant – 8th Battalion, VISBAL Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
9. Shri Manish Khatri IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2016), presently Superintendent of Police (SP) Chhindwara, is transferred and appointed as SP – Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
10. Shri Ajay Pandey IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2016), presently Commandant of the 23rd Battalion, VISBAL Bhopal, is transferred and appointed as Superintendent of Police (SP) -Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
