The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), led by the Prime Minister of India and under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, has announced the transfer and reassignment of portfolios for twenty-nine senior bureaucrats through the Department of Personnel and Training with Sarita Chauhan Chand IAS (AGMUT 1999), currently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India, New Delhi, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances for a tenure of five years. Deepak Agarwal IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2000) presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, New Delhi, is transferred and appointed as Managing Director of the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED), a Joint Secretary-level role under the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, for five years.

Rama Shankar Sinha IFoS (AGMUT 1995), presently Joint CEO of the National Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (NCAMPA), MOEFCC, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, with a tenure up to November 30, 2027. Monalisa Dash IFoS (Sikkim 2003), currently Joint Secretary, Secretary In-Charge NEC, Chairman NEHHDC, and Schemes of NEC, Ministry of DoNER, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of AYUSH for a five-year period. Kesang Yangzom Sherpa IRS (IT 1995), presently Member Secretary at the National Council for Teacher Education (NCERT), Ministry of Education, Government of India, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce for five years.

Mohit Yadav IFS (2002), presently Joint Secretary for Officer Trainees and Representational Grade (OT/RG) and Administration at the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service (SSIFS), is transferred and appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), a Joint Secretary-level role in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for a period of three years. Premjit Lal ITS (1992), on the Board of Directors of Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) as a government-nominated Director, is transferred and appointed as Executive Director of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), Department of Commerce, for a tenure up to June 30, 2028.

Balamurugan D IAS (Bihar 2005), currently Joint Secretary in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for five years. Garima Bhagat IRS (IT 1996), presently Commissioner of Income Tax (A&J), Delhi, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Defence Production for a period of five years. Niraj Kumar CSS is appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) for a five-year tenure.

Manmeet Kaur Nanda IAS (West Bengal 2000), currently Joint Secretary in the Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, with an extended central deputation tenure for one year. Rajat Agarwal IAS (Punjab 2003), presently Executive Director of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Joint Secretary-level role, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change for a tenure of five years.

Ved Prakash Mishra IRS (IT 2004), Director for Hazardous Substances Management (HSM) related to Export-Import at the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, is promoted to Joint Secretary for five years, with tenure expiring on March 31, 2026. C Shikha IAS (Karnataka 2004), presently Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Bengaluru, Karnataka, at a Joint Secretary level, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Food & Public Distribution, Government of India, for a tenure of five years.

Sangeet IDAS (2004), serving as Director in the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, is promoted to Joint Secretary, effective for six years. Ravi Kumar Narula IRSME (1992), presently Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME) at the Rail Coach Factory, Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Heavy Industries for a seven-year term.

Raj Kumar IA&AS (1999), currently Principal Accountant General (Audit) at CAG, Bihar, is transferred and appointed as Director (Finance) in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Ministry of Home Affairs, for five years. Praveen Kumar Rai IDAS (2003), currently Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs for seven years. Rakesh Kumar Pandey IDAS (2003), Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs, is appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs for seven years.

Rajesh Gupta IRSEE (2001), currently Director at Niti Aayog, is appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs for five years. Ajoy Sharma IAS (Punjab 1999), presently Financial Commissioner of the Forest & Wildlife Department, Punjab, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Labour & Employment for a period of five years. Dinesh Mahur ITS (1992), Additional Director General at Prasar Bharati, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Mines for five years.

P Bala Kiran IAS (Kerala 2008), currently Director of Census Operations in the Ministry of Home Affairs, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training for five years. Anjan Kumar Mishra IOFS (1998), Executive Director of Ordnance Factory Ambajhari, Nagpur, Maharashtra, is transferred and appointed as Secretary of the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas for a tenure of five years. Mukesh Mangal ITS (1992), Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways until November 30, 2028.

Gurneet Tej IAS (Karnataka 2006), currently on study leave, is appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade for five years. Abhilasha Jha Misra IRAS (2000), is appointed as Member Secretary (Joint Secretary Level) of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Department of School Education & Literacy. Amit Nirmal ISS (2001), presently Deputy Director General (Employment) in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary in the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST), Ministry of Tribal Affairs, for five years while Bhavna Saxena IPS (Andhra Pradesh 1996), currently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi, is appointed as CEO of the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), Ministry of Women & Child Development, for a five-year term.
